Bcs it's obvious there s sthg btw em , we all know how Karan is he almost doesn't care abt wat media or his wife will think he only think abt the mo he lives in he did the same with Nicole : if u watched all the interviews with surbhi n him you ll feel the nature of their relationship she avoids eye contact with him when he does absolutely the opposite he keeps staring at her she behave in front of cameras but he s always having the I don't care attitude they like each other it's obvious .
