Jin often takes the lead and is very well-spoken. He comes from a wealthy family, so is very proper and polite. When BTS used to do variety shows, he always acted as the icebreaker. When they did Run BTS, he was often chosen as the MC. When cheating in the music industry was flagrant (and probably still is), he’s the one who called them out - in a very professional way - in an award speech.
@angelpaula24322 жыл бұрын
I loved that speech Jin gave calling out the industry about chart manipulation so much, I hope thats the next speech of Jin in particular that max reacts to (there are so many good ones from the group), it takes courage to do something like that even with all the risks involved- but thats what we love about them, they do whats right even if its hard or scary.

Jin said people come go bts concert to have fun, not to be sad seeing them cry. So that's why he always holding back his tears. This one is probably the only time we can see him cry on stage
@angelpaula24322 жыл бұрын
Jin once said that bts is like an onion, you can peel back layer after layer and there will always be something new to discover. That perfectly describes who he is. As simple as he portrays himself to be, a lot of the fandom really doesnt know him. (most of the fandom didnt know he was grammy acclaimed, that he snowboards, that he has a blackbelt in taekwondo, that he studied abroad in Australia- or that even that he has a brother.) So I find moments like this precious. That fact that he can bring someone to tears in under two minutes says a lot about how genuine he is. I love that he took a moment and showed vulnerability, because the people who brought him into this world came to see his concert, and were proud of him. Jin is private but he does reveal bits and pieces about his family every now and then and from what I see, they raised him very well and put a lot of amazing values into his psyche. Thanks for reacting, this was beautiful.

Jin talked about living a double life "Jin of BTS always living a cheerful life. As Kim Seokjin, not much has changed for me and I'm living a really happy life but as Jin of BTS life maybe difficult on other side. If you gain some you lose some” he said. If you listen to him carefully you'll realise that he's secretly very intellectual but likes to keep it light. He said that his favourite subject at university was "Philosophy of life and death" He’s indeed warm and polite, but He's such secretive person, even the members don't know things about him. I can see why everyone call him an enigma

You are right that Jin almost always try to avoid being too serious. He even once asked the producer to cut down his interview because it is too "dark" or too stressfull. We knew this because he finally explained why his interview is sooo short after the Army complaint to BigHit of why his interview is too short. But when you watched the BTS program "in the soop" and "Bon Voyage" you can see that Jin is very good in giving advice. Even Suga likes sharing his worriness and stressfullness to Jin and Jin can give the best realistic (not sugar coated) advice to Suga and maybe that is why that they were called, not only the best roomates, but also soulmate as, like Suga admitted, they can have serious talk with each other for hours. Jimin also admitted that Jin can take away those stressfull and worriness that he has by lifting up Jimin's spirit. Out of those 7, although in the surface Jin does not look that he has deep thinking, I think Jin is the most unique and yet complex personality (I think Suga once mentioned that Jin is in the top 5 most unique person he ever met). I really think that Jin, JHope and Jimin are the three souls in the group. Like those three can set the group's mood or spirit. They are the Moon (Jin), the Sun (J-Hope) and that loving and warmth feeling (Jimin) in your life.

I think this video shows why BTS' relationship dynamics and emotional bond with each other and ARMY is the way it is. Jin is the oldest and while Korean culture honors and encourages him to behave according to this heirarchy, he simply just breaks this barrier between him and his brothers, showing them that respect can be earned thru compassion, openness and kindness rather than machismo and sternness. There's this one fan made video showing Jin's behind the scenes behavior and you can clearly see, he is a gentleman and so when I saw JK's video of the same, I understood why. You lead by example. That is why the younger ones are able to express themselves freely but always with respect. Super proud of them all. :)

Jin I think is one of the most guarded in BTS. By that I mean he doesn't overly much let himself become as emotional as all that. He shares a lot with us (ARMY) but I feel he really keeps those displays private for the most part. I really love he and the boys so much. Anything they share feels like a present and just because he doesn't get emotional doesn't mean he isnt sharing his feelings or anything. He's always honest and truthful and sincere.

He is a great speaker and his speeches are always impeccable. I love his speech at the 2019 MAMA where he touches on a sensitive topic (about BTS's near disbandment) and speaks in the most sincere and delicate way (even if he doesn't go into detail about it). I also love a letter he wrote and reads to Suga (at that time suga had appendicitis surgery) supporting and showing all the affection he felt at that time for Yoongi. For these, and many other reasons, he is my bias! I just love this boy!!!

🙌🏻Thank you Max for sharing this precious moment. I will never get tired of saying that,; KIM SEOKJIN is the most genuine Korean person and artist, humble and possessing high values and education. Thanks to his parents, he had a loving upbringing and is therefore very grateful to them and considerate of those around him. SEOKJIN always has some detail, a word, a gift, a song, a joke, a hug, to show his love to others. JIN has a unique personality and the most beautiful thing is that SEOKJIN has the ability to touch hearts without meaning to. Every day I admire and love him more, for everything he has overcome, what he has had to endure in silence, for his hard and constant work, for being humble, for daring to say or do what others would not dare, for his good humor, for his maturity, for being the perfect complement to his six partners, for not feeling like a global superstar, being one, for being original, for being multi-talented, for being a person who radiates light, for never ceasing to amaze us with your ideas, proposals and occurrences. I could say so many things about SEOKJIN because every day I discover more of his amazing personality. Always with you MOON, you deserve the BEST. Thank you GOD,🙌🏻 for Kim Seokjin🤴🏻🌹🌙

Honestly there's soooooo many sincere moments from all 7. Tae's grandmothers passing, who was his main caregiver growing up. Yoongi's parents finally being at his concert proud of their son. JHopes fathers birthday call to him being proud. That's just their parents. It's hard to NOT fall down the rabbit hole as they say. I appreciate your attention to their fans wants. They have their flaws but sincerity doesn't seem to be one of them. It's evident many things are scripted but they have a way of letting you know & it's not always their choice. Again being as honest as possibly allowed by company. Tho their company is known for being more progressive than others in their country they are still in a very restrictive culture. I bet because he wasnt doing this for himself, he forced himself to train and do good just to prove something, that's he's worth something, to make his parents proud. When he realized he already did his goal, he enjoyed what he's doing, made new family, and now achieving a lot not for anyone else anymore... For himself. It's a great feeling when you accomplished all your goals and be successful. All you have to do is continue striving because the journey made ans still making you happy.

@@nobodyzzz9832 no, he literallt said he's not happy with what he's doing. And can also mean he had doubts or not happy. If someone isnt happy and still doing it, it literally means he's forcing himself to do it because he has reasons to. It doesnt also mean a person is miserable. We all have different choices and goals in life, and that also means we can be happy or unhappy on the journey as long as we reach our goal. He reached his. He is now happy. Being unhappy pushing yourself can be sad to look back and people should not argue about that anymore becayse that's all in the past, let's all just enjoy the accomplishments people receives in the present. I dont twist his words. Because that's exactly what he said, and it made sense during what he again said on this specific stage. It's a simple math and logic. I am just happy with Jin's improvement and i will always love his flaws and weaknesses together with his strengths. I'm so glad you were able to see Seokjin as he is instead of the BTS Jin that he chooses to present. To give a bit of context to this 2015 speech, in a 2014 interview, he said his mother always favored his (very successful) older brother, something he's mentioned obliquely at least two other times. The lack of confidence stemming from childhood was only reinforced when he was criticized and ridiculed for his singing and dancing (it hasn't fully stopped, even now). Those comments were deeply hurtful, and though he says that he gets over unpleasant things quickly, I have to wonder. In a 2020 MTV interview, asked if there was a memorable moment with Army that stood out for him, he said it was when he made a mistake in the choreo once and he met the eyes of a fan. 7 years of amazing performances and that's what he remembers.😟 He may sing about loving himself, but he didn't write the lyrics to Epiphany or Answer: Love Myself. Awake, Tonight, Abyss, and Moon show his insecurities. He's just learned to hide his pain behind sarcasm and humor, with his signature comedy shtick, the outrageously vain WWH persona.

I want to watch your full reactions but you cut all of them and I don't have the extra money to pay, so I can't see any of them in the end😟. I mean I get it if your trying to boost your channel with the money and stuff but in particular this clip wasn't long and yet the video reaction was a whole 13 minutes. You must have had a lot to say and I'm always curious to hear what you have to say because it's very insightful. But when you cut so much I don't see any point since I don't even know what you felt about the whole thing or heard everything you had to say😯. I feel like I'm not really getting what I want from your type of reactions (dealing with communication), because it's one thing if you cut a little here and there but 13 to 5 minutes is a really big jump considering🤐. I won't fight you about it of course since this is your channel, but im just wondering why cut down so much on the content for viewers who want to hear all your thoughts but don't exactly have the spare change to spend on reactions every month😮?

So to brag to my father I think I will have to come here every year. I’ll try to talk to company about it. And... I love you all!!" It's pretty clear his father is high up in the ranks if his son is going to 'talk to the company' and if its 'his dads company', then "CEO" is the professional term for that position.
