I know that Hobi is proud of all the members and how they strive to be the best of the best. The fact that they hold him in such high regard, especially when it comes to their dancing, speaks volumes about the kind of dance leader he is. I have to say that Jin has always been toe to toe dancing with all the members.

Hobi is not just the Dance Leader in BTS, he is also the Performance Director of BTS on stage. But BTS work ethics is remarkable. The other 6 respect him, acknowledge his role and accept his comments. They know it is for the best of BTS. I admire Hobi's leadership quality. He knows when to be strict, when to be light-hearted, when to be meticulous and when to just let things as they are and have fun on stage.
