jk mentioned how this song was created recently on vlive w suga. he said he wanted to make a song for festa in which he showed his emotions towards us army, he said he was one day in his dark room w the AC on ( as he mentioned in the lyrics ) & he came up with a melody, then added some lyrics and kept working on it then sent it to one of bighit producers and they kept sending the song back and forth until they were satisfied with it.

Songs like this make me feel some sort of way. Idk how to describe this feeling… it makes me feel heavy….? Almost like my heart aches… I feel weird and tingly in a bittersweet way on my stomach and chest… like this song and got7’s JayB ‘rainy’ that he performed on ‘Hyena on the keyboard’. I swear those two songs just give me an emotion I haven’t felt before. It almost feels like that just broken up feelings when your heart drops to your stomach and you try to catch your breath and you could cry but just not in that negative context but more… i don’t even know. It’s those emotions but just not in a negative way… idk. I know I’m just going on and on but I just really don’t know how to describe the feelings/emotions these songs make me feel. It’s peaceful and not at the same time. It makes me feel a wreck but complete? Idfk. The point is, I love it.

So BTS Festa is a yearly celebration around june where BTS celebrates their anniversary together with Army. Normally it’s a 2 week long celebration. They make time in their busy schedules to bring out new stuff, do photoshoots and do a concert for Army with a new theme every year. I think you can find previous festa content somewhere on the internet I’m sure! 😉
