For me, your comparison of Suga and Sasuke is lit. In Japan, their personalities can be referred to as Tsundere. Someone who gives an aloof, cold vibe but are truly sweethearts and caring people inside. I feel like people misunderstand Suga. He's the person that will listen to everything you say and will use it for later reference. In a situation that they're not comfortable in the person will keep to themselves unless they have something to say. But when they are either comfortable or confident they will open up and become loud. In videos when it's just the 7 of them he is energetic and talkative.
