6:43 stage design for my time… this was an online concert… so they went big because it was the first time they would ever perform these solo songs for army…. And bc their whole tour got canceled….. they made the whole concert way bigger and more visually captivating …. But I don’t remember the other members having the screens but , RMs had this huge crazy stage with a mic on fire and huge RMs , hobi had a car, v had a carousel, jimin had mannequins and a wardrobe change mid performance…. All yoongi he had multiple visual callbacks to his mv with like shadow ppl and hands grabbing through a white sheet at him… so so much, Jin had a children’s story themed performance , jungkook literally goes from one stage to another with all those cameras following his every move… his song is about how he grew up fast in front of the world… from one life stage to the next .. all the performances were live except for jimins solo stage bc he couldn’t do the outfit change in time and he didn’t like how the layered clothes felt like performing bc they made him more tired… so for a better show for army they prerecorded his solos for the performances both days… they did different things for their group performances for visual aspects like on starts with them in their robes… has the big gate from the story music video…. And has a huge rock structure like in the story mv that they run up at the end. They went all out…. It was majestic! You guys will love the mots concert when you get to it. They performed old songs as well as newer songs off the map of soul album

The think that bothers me the most is the fact that JK was supposed to perform this song during a whole tour, and you know as musicians how a song performance get better the more you do it.... For those two online live performances it was already exceptionnal what he does, so I can't imagine what it would've been during a whole tour... All the members were so upset and depressed when the Map Of The Soul Tour was canceled due to the pandemic, and ARMY felt so sad for them and us..... 7:48 my issue with stage mixes is that they alter the vocals…. So you’re not hearing it as live as he is singing it… bc they blend the vocals all together but I much more prefer the very live vocals… but also this video is very zoomed in to JK a lot of the time so you guys didn’t see most of the choreo… but if you notice… he does a move pointing his finger …. Like he’s the hand of a clock, he stops and does another move and it’s kinda pointing at his hands, and then other moves as he goes and he points two ways… it’s like clocks hands. It’s really cool… and immersive… you guys have to see that whole concert!!!! You will love it… think you’ve seen most of the songs except their solo songs … so maybe you can watch it soon!!!

I really wanted you to watch “begin” bc it’s a song about his love for BTS… and you’re watching burn the stage and Daniel you especially always point out the choreo for “begin” but don’t know what the choreo is for yet so I just wanted you to be able to see this majestic performance… jhope said it was the most difficult choreo any of them had done at the time… that’s not a small thing for him to say… but the song is so good and catchy, his live vocals with so much emotion…. This iconic LIVE performance still makes me sad... bittersweet really... because I had tickets to their MOTS7 world tour in 2020 before it got cancelled due to Covid. This was part of their on-line concert during the pandemic...the next best thing they've gifted us with. The whole team worked so hard planning their 2020 World tour. I don't know if he did the choreography all by himself, but he definitely helped. While I completely understand Jungkook joining the kpop industry at 13 he did lose some of the normalcy of his childhood, but I don't think he completely lost it. He had 13 years before he joined Bighit and even though he had major responsibilities that most kids don't have at that age he still had a lot of fun with the other members and got to have experiences that most kids and adults will never get to experience. No matter your life, you're going to miss out on something.

Yes, this was part of their online concert called "MAP OF THE SOUL ON:E" for their "MAP OF THE SOUL 7" album. Originally, the concert was planned (in person), a world tour, and a lot of people already secured tickets but was canceled due to the pandemic. Most of the ARMYs donated their concert ticket refunds for the pandemic charity cause. Then, in October of 2020 they held a 2-Day online concert where we got to see the live performances of all their new songs from the album Map of the Soul: 7 for the first time! "My Time" was one of those. At 8:19 you mentioned the many cameras visible. I believe this is tied with the meaning and concept of his song where he says, 'My life has been a movie all the time.' He was basically saying that almost all his life, he was being watched by the public. The song is really heartbreaking for me as a Jungkook bias but at the same a 'proud moment" for me coz he gets to express himself and try the things he wants to do.

One thing that's super significant in the song that wasn't translated was that the last chorus changes from 'I can't call you, I can't hold you etc' to 'I will call you, I will hold you etc' cause the song talks about how he felt he lost so much time in his youth working and just going through life, but now he's taking control and doing what he wants rather than just letting life control him.

This was from October 2020. An online concert called MOTS ON:E. They were supposed to have a huge global stadium tour (think Renaissance or the Eras tours), but then covid happened.
