Arirang is like one of Korea's most famous and well known folk songs. The choreography was like a modern-ish take on Korean folk dancing. The other people on stage were other kpop groups in order of singing - FT Island? - Block B - IOI - Fx - Shinee.

It's not a cutlery son. It's a Korean Folk song. Just a story. I was born in South Korea, but I was adopted when I was 6. My american dad learned this song, and use to sing this song to me. Ar ir ang.

I agree. Jin's voice fits these types of songs well. You should check out Sope's Otsukare if you haven't already. It has a similar vibe but it's in Japanese

Actually, whenever I try to read a language that I don't know, usually it ends up being more accurate if I read it like I was reading in Spanish, instead of English

KCON stands for KOREAN CONVENTIONS for KPOPS. It usually takes place in huge convention halls and it sells all kinds of Koren products, from beauty products to food. There's a concert at night with all the different groups. It likes a big party. They used to have it every year in LA, NY, and other countries. I went to BTS first LA KCON in 2014 and it was my first time meeting the boys. I have been an ARMY since 2013 but it was my first time seeing them in person.

BTS was the closing performer of kcon! Loved your amazing reaction and pronunciation🥰 Actually this version is the combination of 3 most popular Arirangs and is also rendered far more cheerfully than the originals. In every version of Arirang though, there are a unique sentiment/deep emotion of 한/han. It is not explained by any other language than Korean, but it could be said that iis the mixture of so many emotions simliar to deep sadness, pain and still hope. As you said, Jin's voice sooo perfectly fits with this traditional vibe of 한. And Jmin's as well imo💜
