I tried to fight it, but I had tears in my eyes by the end of the video! 😭 Jin and Yoongi expressing their sincere gratitude and appreciation for what he does even though they are older than him (and Hobi who is the same age but has a few months on him!) - their comments are especially touching. I took it as more that, as the leader he was probably in the most contact with the company regarding how the band is run and problems or matters to be handled. And therefore, knowing the difficulties the company was having and his personality, probably put a lot of pressure on himself to support both the members and the people who worked with them. He likely didn’t want to fail the , especially the CEO who was the one whole picked him originally. As I said, I don’t think it was meant to be dismissive to the CEO(who I respect a lot), but as the leader responsibility would have been put on him to lead/represent the company in the industry

I think that we all agree that Jeon Jungkook is now officially the leader of the Namjoon fan club. I love how Jungkook is like a small child standing in front of their idol whenever he's around Namjoon like it's just so adorable and it properly highlights just how much of an importance Namjoon is. If it wasn't for him Jungkook wouldn't have joined BigHit, the group wouldn't have been as successful as they are now with battling against problems. With everything that bts have been through, I can’t even imagine how hard it must’ve been for him at times. The leader bears sm responsibility that he can’t simply give up on when things get hard. (That’s not to say the other member can or would do that. But the leader has some responsibilities that the other members don’t have.) Namjoon is a really strong leader as well as all leaders in each Kpop Groups! BTS wouldn’t be BTS without Namjoon, and Namjoon wouldn’t be Namjoon without BTS. He really is *such* an inspiration - not JUST to his fellow members, but to ARMY, and to future generations. All of the burdens, but none of the perks, and yet he does it with a genuine love of his role. Namjoon, we all love you, and I hope you love you too. I don’t even have enough words for how much I love and appreciate and admire him ✊🏻❤️ His comforting words, soft smile, admirable determination all push me forward to be my best, give my all, and most importantly, be happy. He inspires me, he inspires thousands of people. Having that burden, even as a blessing, is nowhere near easy. Being a team leader is hard enough as it is, but being the leader of a world renowned, respected and loved team? Even harder. But Namjoon does it, he has been for the past decade, and I have nothing but appreciation for that ❤️❤️
