13:53 Yes he is. The thing is that in Korea tattoos are tabu and not allowed to be shown on broadcast. So you see him with gloves, bandage, plaster on his hands on things broadcasted in Korea and long sleeves or his tattoos blurred, same with Jimin you can see him having his tattoos taped over or blurred in some performances broadcasted in Korea and like in In the Soop they are blurred when aired on broadcast in Korea if his clothes don't cover them. It's not to hide the fact that they have tattoos, it's just not allowed. You can read up on tattoos and Korea for more background as to why. However, tattoos are getting more normalized and less tabu now in Korea quite fast now. You can also tell JK is more comfortable now showing his tattoos more and more.

Korean beef is really expensive because there is not that many cattle, as compared to the amount of cattle in America. South Korea is a small country and it's very mountainous as well. In fact when I lived there, it was cheaper to eat out then buy food and cook yourself.

You asked about the price of meat. It's that BTS/BigHits has a LOT of money so they can afford the best. In that little snippet where they were eating beef sandwiches, they didn't show truffles being sliced on top (they had truffle oil and someone remembered they had truffles in the refrigerator). Money buys the best... they deserve it.💜

meat is expensive in S. Korea, actually fruit, especially fruit that's imported, really expensive, I've heard. probably depending on where you live there, and what markets you're closer to. but I've heard sometimes it's cheaper to eat out than to cook for yourself. but maybe that's Seoul in particular? 🤷🏽‍♀️ these are just some things I've heard from some videos of people living there. about BTS eating so well? let's keep in mind they are rich and also In the Soop, both seasons, got a good amount of sponsors 😅
