I don't know what part of the US that is from though as I'm not from the US (if anyone could clarify this), but it's quite prominent. JK and Yoongi's linguistic intelligence are quite underrated. The two of them aren't necessarily fluent in English but the way they pronounce words and enunciate some vowels sounds are good. Kookie can even enunciate unvoiced TH sound perfectly and sometimes even the schwa sound. Yoongi sounds spontaneous when he talks.
