That's not where the problem is. From a artist point of view if you love an artist based on his art/vocals/singing then it can be justified. The way most other artists are loved like Charlie Puth/ Ed Sheeran/ Arjit Singh/ One Direction. But when the reason of love is the obsession with artist's looks that is where problem starts. Then you are not admiring artist's work rather his looks. And trolling bts over the looks is also not justified too.

I think this is such a common misconception. I'm not obsessed with BTS but have heard quite a lot of their songs. Honestly speaking, they're actually really good and the genres are also pretty different. The fact that my brother is a huge fan of theirs, who introduced me to them also shows its not just the looks. Personally, I think they deserve the recognition.

That's the ultimate toxicity of society: if someone like some dance group , some celebrity, any random art or anything nobody got the right to direct them what to like and what to dislike. That's not where the problem is. From a artist point of view if you love an artist based on his art/vocals/singing then it can be justified. The way most other artists are loved like Charlie Puth/ Ed Sheeran/ Arjit Singh/ One Direction. But when the reason of love is the obsession with artist's looks that is where problem starts. Then you are not admiring artist's work rather his looks. And trolling bts over the looks is also not justified too.
