Emma is looking great. CrossFit nit wits left her off the list of "Women to watch in 2024". Use it as FIRE! Show them who's the Woman to watch!!! Let's GOOOOO!

On a personal level, Emma seems magnificent. On a competitive level, she definitely works hard but she simply does not have the 'fire' of a champion. That 'it factor' that says I will not be denied. This perception was verified in her interview with Dave Castro where Emma acknowledged she basically has Mal O'Brien syndrome. Very understandable, as finding balance in life is difficult and she is a young lady who clearly seems to want more out of life than CF. More than understandable, I would call it normal . . . but 'normal' does not equate to being a champion.
