Hook is actually my hero. He plays Piccolo even though he's trash just because he likes him and still beats players like GO1. Also, he got good by playing online which a lot of people try to tell you is not possible.

Hook got bodied when he started doing actual big tourneys. Remember how ppl hyped him up vs sonic before their first fight and hook got 3-0'd. Hook reached this level by continually fighting big names like sonic, go1, chris, nakkiel etc offline. Offline and online is different as online always have the 2 or 3 frame delay usually. There is no substitute for actually competing in tourneys and making top 8 consistently
