He got exactly what he needed , a reminder to quit dancing and box. I hope he got humbled some , cause he sure get that bell rang right under the ear at the jaw/neck line . That's equivalent to getting kicked square in the chin and the nuts at the same time 😬

That dude has a heart of solid gold, he stayed in there even though he knew he was losing he didn’t stop giving 100% in that fight at all, he knew brawling wasn’t a good idea early on because the other dude was too fast and his reach was better for that distance but because he gassed himself out by dancing he gave the other person the speed advantage which we can see worked for him wonderful

He's just got a glass jaw and the other dude got a couple lucky shots in. His opponent was complete trash and was just wildly flailing everything and making nonsense movements pretending it was defense. It was just a matter of time before he got knocked out if he didn't finish it early.

So satisfying the knockout after all that dancing but how on earth were the judges scoring this fight? Corruption at its finest
@farhan.882
@farhan.882 4 жыл бұрын
I don’t think it’s corruption. Boxing judges don’t like it when boxers start showboating and there does become a bias towards the other fighter. Not “corruption” though. Remember they are real humans with emotions aswell so it is natural

@ChuckRosseel
@ChuckRosseel 4 жыл бұрын
The referee displayed an obvious bias in favor of Sam Maxwell throughout the fight. Just watch the first knockdowns to see this. After the initial knockdown he gave Maxwell enough recovery time to cook a souffle. Then he walked over to Sabri Sediri to scold him for an imaginary foul. Although the stoppage looked ok, the ref certainly wasn't going to give Sediri any semblance of the chances for recovery he gave Maxwell earlier. This type of corrupt bias should have no place in boxing. Sadly, too often it does.

@masterblaster Sabri Sidiri fought well. I'm not a fan of his clowning but I respect his boxing skills, courage and fighting spirit. There was a point in this fight at 8:24 when Sidiri rocked Maxwell with a powerful punch. Instead of immediately following up to finish Maxwell (and possibly win the fight right there), he started clowning again. This was a huge error on Sidiri's part because he gave the seriously hurt Maxwell time to recover. Besides the corrupt, biased referee it's also fair to say that Sidiri's ill-timed clowning might have also cost him the victory.
