My advice to the guy dating the single mum with the 20 year old kid, who's in the way all the time and behaves badly, would not be to break it off with her. But to break it off with him. Don't go round her house anymore and tell her why. Only see her away from him. Put in some boundaries. If she don't like it, THEN you break it off with her.

The crazy ex is a big issue. Even bigger than the kid. Her judgement? Well, some lunatics can play the long game. Whether women like it or not, a lunatic ex means they're damaged goods. If you get involved, that guy is a direct threat to your health, wealth and reputation. The kid is one albatross around her neck, but the crazy ex is another and he's also around your neck. You don't know what techniques she uses to the placate the guy and you don't know what she might tell him about you. You may not learn the reality until you're well involved. Single mothers are a red alert on multiple fronts and should be avoided at all costs.

I was born in Seattle in 1973, where I grew up. Japanese-American. Male. A typical nice guy, good guy, and a nerd. So, when I'm 25, all of these desirable women pass over good guys like me, and they get pregnant by, and sometimes even marry Chad and Tyrone. "Chad and Tyrone are SO much more manly, studly, fun, and exciting," they say. Then, Chad and Tyrone abuse them (which I DON'T condone). Chad and Tyrone leave them and the kids, and leave them hanging out to dry. THEN these single mothers want her and her kids to be "rescued." Who do they FINALLY go to, to rescue them? The Ichiros, the Changs, the In-Chuls, the Tuans, and the Khamphengs! (I am Japanese-American, so I can say these things). To my fellow Ichiros and Changs: If they won't take us in their prime, we should not take them in their decline!!

@@hannachoi3084 Hannah, the harshest truth Rich hid from you was when he said the men you liked were the "top 10%". If you've heard him before he's said many times that guys in the bracket you're looking for are actually more like top 2%. He was trying not to completely discourage you with a stat like 1 in 50. Bottom line: The more you earn and the older you get, the less you'll accept and the less you'll be accepted. I'm not bashing you. Fair play for listening in and calling RC. The problem is not necessarily your intentions but the system and the embedded ideology that society is enforcing and you're subconsciously adopting. That part about the single mother looking to the child as a source of unconditional love sent chills down my spine for personal reasons. Twice in my life I was in relationships with adults raised by single mothers and seen how that mentally poisons the minds of children and unfits them for later relationships. The first was my first fiancé. Yes, the mama’s boy effect can happen to daughters too. The second was my first boyfriend (yes, I’m bi). Whether son or daughter, the mother can’t bare to let the child go and sabotages the relationship. It’s called “emotional incest” where the single mother latches onto the child as a surrogate for a romantic relationship. Like the mantis, she ends up devouring her own child.

Hey bud love your videos and it taught me so much. I can't have kids so adopted 1 and date a woman who has 3. I also have aspergers syndrome. The whole time I've had an attitude of fall in line or be seen as a failure. Its what I was raised on...with a social/autistic disorder and the inability to connect with anyone on an emotional level has hindered my ability to care about anything But also reaffirmed my ability to teach. The kids hate me but know I'm the law and both the parents have cucked to what I say. The kids might say they hate me but when it comes to brass tacks I'm the one they come to for advice, not to get pat on the head and just told the truth straight. I stated that one was about 20lbs over weight and she cried and called me horrible but has since lost all the weight and is average. Had the chat with the one boy about girls not being into fat kids and he is still fat but not eating as much snacks...I know I'm kinda the exception so I don't want anyone to think it can be like this cause it won't....ever lol but I say stand firm with your values and if your taking someone who has other kids don't be afraid to toss them aside for someone better when the time comes. Don't let them call you daddy...thats how they get you and don't ever care about them more then you...your own children or your family....as long as they know they are second best to your own kin and always will be they are only getting their owms medicine

Guys what Rich is saying is don't try to look like someone else. Be the best person you can be. So many people have zero clue what they look like 50 pounds lighter and ripped. Take a look at David Goggins before he lost weight now look at him now. I was 5-7 and was 258 pounds I let myself go. Bro one day I started watching Rich and David Goggins and my mission was set. Now I am 175 because I started boxing and picking up heavy shit. I pull that Vette out the Garage and just drive and girls stay trying to talk at the gym . Don't let me go to the supermarket after the gym Holy shit. And guess what I act like a dick blow girls off and the panties come off because they feel thats the way to keep me haha nope on to the next plate.. Now I ignore them because I have choice. Start today own shit. I tell myself failure is not a option.

In 2007 I dated a single mother who wanted me to field her debts but have no unsupervised contact with her kids. The latter alone made a powerful statement. But then she wanted me to make sure her ex, her "high school sweetheart" and the father of her children, was also "taken care of" because he was important to her kids' self-concept. Didn't take too long to figure out how far in the toilet I was. So I bailed on a trip she wanted me to take with her after she changed it from three days to four. She said "I need someone more reliable," and I was happy to agree with her.

You were just a resource, same as my ex I have a child with, the new dude is basically you. He's all the happy to take her and my son in. Only to realize she's only with him cause I wouldn't marry her

My cousin who I kinda see as an uncle, is 38 and he just ended up marrying a 23 gorgeous woman that I actually tried to date once. Never let anyone tell you need to date or even get with a single mom. She made her choice and in most cases it's a sign of deep chaos in her life.

@@pbufh rich compared to what? He lives a very comfortable life. But I wouldn't say he is rich.

Is he saying, "Don't get a degree and focus on beauty cues"? What if the guy decides to divorce her after giving 2 kids and marries his young secretary? Shouldn't she have some backup plan? Also, housewives usually have long, drawn-out and very contentious divorces since their future is bleak without any job prospects and they want to get as much as they can from the divorce. Also, their market value goes down a lot as a single-mom without a job and Rich advocates not to date single-mon let alone single-mom without a degree or a job. So, isn't it in our best interest to look for a girl with a degree and also has a decent job(not a stressful job or high career job) but also feminine and takes care of us and the kids?

24:11 She likes masculine men, and yet she went into a relationship with a male feminist. She complains about him, and yet she chose him, no taking of responsibility here, as usual

NZ girl, I would recommend sacraficing As for CS in school and use that effort to pursue the man that meets here criteria and shares her goals, then she must those things that demonstrated her wifely potential, if relationship is not on track in one year, move on.
