Да и не они спасают детей от синяков, хоть залейте ими группы, не их это компетенция. Не будут они подгузники менять и подтирать попку. Малышам нужны нянечки и сиделки в больших количествах. А эти нянечки и сиделки должны хорошо отдыхать и отрабатывать только нормированное время. Однако "теоретики" этого не понимают и обожествляют только психологов и педагогов. А серых лиц я не вижу и синяков избежать ни один ребенок даже в семье не в состоянии

orphans--all of them dumped by the parents. Mother Huong does not adopt them out. They will grow up here. She has many who have grown to adult hood. They come to visit and help her out at times.

She didn't register her premises as a day care center but as an orphanage or the term used in Vietnam is " Warm Roof." As a registered orphanage, it's under the authority's overseeing. The authority prohibits her to publicly ask for monetary donation. Do you think that the authority has shut their eyes and blindly let her turn a registered orphanage into a daycare centre to earn an income. Either you're gravely mistaken or have a despire on the Vietnamese law and authority.

khemah1705.....I read that she had a day care for parents that couldn't afford a paid day care so she lovingly opened her doors to help out. Never said she charged a fee, so back up buddy and pay attention to what you're reading. In viewing the faces of infant babies (pretoddler) they change quite frequently so it made sense of what I read. And I definitely do question VN laws because they're off balance.

I had read that in addition Huong also offered a no fee day care to people who worked but couldn't afford it in order to help keep babies from becoming orphaned. Now I know differently, thank you.
