കഴിഞ്ഞദിവസം ഒരു സർക്കാർ സ്കൂളിൽ ഒരു കുട്ടി അധ്യാപകന് നേരെ വധഭീഷണി നടത്തി വളരെ മോശമായി പെരുമാറി എന്നാലും എന്ത് മാന്യതയോടെ കൂടിയാണ് അധ്യാപകർ ആ കുട്ടിയോട് പെരുമാറിയതും ആ കുട്ടിക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ സഹായം നൽകിയതും എല്ലാവർക്കും അധ്യാപകരാകാൻ പറ്റില്ല അതിന് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം മാത്രമല്ല വിവേകവും കൂടി വേണം

What she said about kids copying Korean or Asian culture is true. Bullying there is a normalised thing & these Kdramas shows these kind of bullying too. No wonder kids are copying all this.

ചെറിയ ക്ലാസുകളിൽ തന്നെ അധ്യാപകർ ബുള്ളിയിങ് ഒരിക്കലും അനുവദിക്കരുത്. കുട്ടികൾക്ക് എന്ത് പ്രശ്നം വന്നാലും അധ്യാപകർ കൂടെ ഉണ്ടാകണം വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം കൊടുക്കൽ മാത്രമല്ല സ്കൂളിൽ കുട്ടികളെ സംരക്ഷിക്കുകയും അധ്യാപകരുടെ തന്നെ ജോലിയാണ്.

CHILDREN MUST BE TAUGHT VERY EARLY THAT - HAVING A LOVER IS NOT THE BIGGEST THING IN THE WORLD OR THE GREATEST ACHIEVEMENT, WINNING COMPETITIONS IS NOT A BIG THING , NOT BEING SELECTED FOR SPORTS OR EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES IS NOT A BIG THING AT ALL. SCHOOL COUNSELLORS AND PARENTS HAVE A GREAT RESPONSIBILITY TO DO SO.

Why dont you all media, psychologists and social workers educate the society? It is very much needed. Its suffocating to hear the murder news on a daily basis. Not just colleges, it always happened in schools. Only the ones who suffered identity it as bullying. Bullys doesn't understand it. It's not a new thing. It was always there. Relatives are another bullies. It's always treated normal. Children are supposed to take it as normal. If we get angry they will target us again.

It's very necessary for school to conduct workshops in every class at least once in a year about such awareness. This psychologist seems to be really good. Such educated people needs to be invited to schools to conduct such workshops not random people who have no such qualifications.
