Tff, there's someone who doesn't understand bubble sort?? It was like the first sorting algorithm i ever used because of it's simplicity and i even came up with it myself before even came to uni. Later on implement it in assembly XDdd. But actually even tho it's fun to watch those videos there are better visual representations than this. Especially cuz each swap takes so long

Bubble sort is not exactly like that, 8 and 9 turn around together but but not 6 and 7 ?? And at the end, 4 Numbers turn around together ?? There's some shortcut that should not be there ? And some lil other problems.

My friend: Wow, these Hungarian just found a way to make it so efficient, it's quicker thn quick sort! Me: Yeah, by making it not 100% reflect how bubble sort works in programming. My friend: Shut up, you don't know Hungarian folk dance. Me in my mind: (Shut up, you don't know nerds)
@sugarfrosted20056 жыл бұрын
Blast0FF Gaming I think 10 elements is small enough that bubble might be more efficient than quicksort.

Why was this shorter than the quick sort dance
@88michaelandersen5 жыл бұрын
For short lists, the difference in average time between quicksort and bubblesort isn't that big, and it is possible for a random arrangement to be a lucky one for bubblesort and an unlucky one for quicksort.
you dont know anything, fucking rumano. This is an authentic hungarian folk dance

This video is fake: persons in sort should turn around singly, not together (like 3:33), and on 3:53 FOUR ELEMENTS TURN AROUND IMMEDIATELY! I got master's degree in computer science and i consider that this video get wrong knowledges for younger generation!
@jackrudd548 Жыл бұрын
If you're doing a bubble sort manually, that's a shortcut you'll do - if any given pass doesn't swap the final two elements it checks, it's because they are the largest two elements of the unsorted portion.
