Three tries before I figured that it really makes a difference to give the threads a really good tight tug. I was worried, they'd snap, but after you said they'd hold up I tried again and it worked! Great tutorial!

Great tutorial. I have not mastered the knot tying yet, I usually secure mine with a crimp bead near the acrylic. I have ordered your cord and when I make my next keychain I will try the knotting, you make it look so easy.

13-15 on average (more for more complex etc.) or down to 12 for simpler ones :)

I have made several keychains using this tutorial. I got a message today from my niece that her elastic cording broke. Just wondering if I pulled to tight, if that is why it broke?

Hard to know without seeing/knowing how it broke but she could have gotten it caught on something or it could be during creating it

Hi Renee! You will use the file and cut with your vinyl cutter :) or you can print it onto printable vinyl

You want to fully finish your acrylic (including sealing if desired) before assembling 🥰
