Hello. I've had this bike for a few weeks, although with a slightly different, strange specification ;). It is LO26 II (2023) with a color display with spoked wheels, 2.35 wide tires, 48 V, 12.5 Ah battery (LG 21700S). I bought the bike with my eyes ;) but when I rode it for the first time, I liked it even more :) Of course, it also appeared the problem of squeaking rear suspension, I even wrote to the manufacturer ;) The manufacturer recommended lubrication with grease, heheh. I tested various greases and the best turned out to be silicone grease in a spray, which eliminated the squeaking for about 250 to 300 km. I always have the spray with me ;) Most users criticize the original CST tires, mine are size 2.35 and for me they are really good ;) but they are very audible on pavement and asphalt, they work well on forest and gravel roads, I won't use them for now he exchanged. Like you, I raised the handlebars a little higher because the original riding position is too lying down. One more word about the brakes ;) hmmmm, I won't praise them, but it's not a big tragedy either ;) by the way, I have a question. What size were the original brake pads installed? I bought a spare set and they are the original pads for this bike, but it turns out that the ones I have installed by the manufacturer are 4 cm wide, the ones I bought are 3 cm wide, the linings themselves are at least 1 mm wider than the ones I bought and I wonder if In my LO26 I have slightly larger brake pads than those generally installed on this bike. Yours is the LO26 II FT model I have the same one, the one in the video is the IT model the main difference is the IT has the magnesium wheels while the FT has the spoked ones with wider tires, also the manufacturer says the IT is 500w motor and the FT has a 750w one

You need to put a 52t crank on this bike it improves it hugely

No mudguards though. Should move the pedals as well. That could have helped a bit.
