i lost my old puppy Lucky so suddenly in May on the day Billie Eilish’s album came out so Birds of a Feather hits extra hard. He was 13 so almost the same as Bubby and he looked like a puppy too. I still get really sad when I remember he’s no longer around. But maybe Lucky and Bubby are meeting and running around together along with everyone else’s furry friends that have passed into the next life. Nothing hurts more the same way losing a furry family member does. They’re so full of love and i know Bubby was well loved and had a great life!

I lost my dog in May so I can totally relate with you guys. I was at work really far from my mom's house that day, so I didn't get to say goodbye which was truly heartbreaking. I think it was really really hard for my mom because she was alone, and my dog literaly grew up with us, like her own kid. But trust me the pain eventualy goes away. The house will still seem empty tho. But as you say, we should be grateful for all the love we receive from him and all the good memories he left behind. It's also great to think that we gave him the best life we could, and that he spend all his life with people that he loved. For my dog it was like a second chance in life (we find him on the street when he was like 6 months, starving). Their life are so short but we cannot do anything about that, just accept it and make every moment like there was no tomorrow. I wish you the best for all your family and may Bubby rest in peace. I just lost my boy in January and it was so hard. He was literally part of the family. It was crazy because on the day he passed I got a tiktok of a dog, that looked exactly like him, staring at the sunset and the sound was “I think I like this little life.” That’s when I knew he was doing okay. thank you for sharing this, i relate a lot to your experience and the second you guys started talking i actually got so emotional, hearing you guys talk about it brought back emotions i haven’t had in a while. last year around this time my childhood dog joey died and he was also 12 and half, and i also got him around the same age as you guys when you got bubby and just hearing all the similarities between them was kind of shocking especially in their personalities. ik exactly what you meant when you said bubby was different and unique because joey was the exact same, everyone would say he was special when they met him. so just hearing you say that was so real. it truly does get better with time and bubby will always be with you no matter what, i like to think joey is looking down on us everyday somewhere as cheesy as it sounds. your videos never fail to make me happy and not everybody can be so transparent with their audience during something like this, and i appreciate you guys so much and the impact you have on people is much larger than you think. have been watching from south africa 🇿🇦 for years now! much love ❤️

Amber, you spoke about Bubby so beautifully, I hope slowly but surely you are able to find a little bit more peace with it as well. my favourite memory of bubby was a q&a video where you guys were answering questions on the floor and bubby was on the bed and it looked like he was directing and filming you guys. i started watching ashley soon after my own dog passed and watching lil clips of bubby in ashleys vlogs helped me heal from my own dogs passing bubby will live forever in our hearts and he was literally the most special 4th sibling human dog ever sending so much love to the fam and anyone reading this
