Well, I'm very sorry for this poor baby. How can somebody let their cat get this bad? Just so they can make a video to get views. That's what I'm kind of thinking or this person has rescued this cap from somebody. I don't know because I can't read it in their language if they have rescued it. And I would say this? Kitty is glad to get that stuff off of its face because the longer it's on there. The more it's irritated as you can see, the cat is bleeding through the skin while she's removing this stuff and it it wants it gone. So I think it knows it's being helped

I wonder if this was a rescue kitty because this didn’t happen overnight!?!? I will say it looks part Persion or some other breed, flat face , BEAUTIFUL CAT REGARDLESS I’m so thankful he/she was helped and I pray he’s in a loving home and thank you 🙏

It is not recommended to shave the cat. Recommended solutions by cat owners and some vets: change bowl to ceramic; clean chin acne by applying warm towel for a minute and then brushing it with wet soft toothbrush. No need to shave because it will only irritate the skin. Best of luck and hopefully kitty’s skin is better

Cat acne is actually folicular keratinisation, poorly understood condition. Bowls have nothing tondo with this.

This is tragic. His skin is raw and going to get more irritated. As a cat dad to a pair of Main Coons my boys get a brushing and close inspection on the daily.

Pathetic. This is inhumane and negligent. It's just to make a video and get attention. I've cured cat acne without shaving. This has been neglected so much that the poor cat should probably have an antibiotic shot. Shame!!!

I can also tell you this isn't just regular cat. Acne, this kid has some allergies to food or something that it is being exposed to and it's causing these major issues. You need to get it under control. It isn't just acne.

@@josephineathersmith4631 você se refere ao gatinho do vídeo? Ele deve ter sentido dor durante esse procedimento, a área afetada estava muito extensa. Não sabemos porque chegou nesse estado, mas ele é dócil e permitiu a manipulação mesmo com dor. Minha gatinha tem acne, mas eu fico de olho e limpo o queixo dela com frequência. E se tiver algum pontinho preto eu limpo com cuidado com soro e clorexidina. Jamais deixaria chegar nesse estado do vídeo, só que se o tutor for inexperiente ou não estiver atento, pode inflamar rápido.

He isn’t dirty. It’s acne. Cat acne and it’s far too much. He never should have been able to get in to this bad of a state. This is bad and painful to the kitty especially how she is doing it.

What is the matter with you. Why would u allow it to go so long that it got so bad. This baby needs a vet NOW. HE NEEDS an antibiotic shot and perscription ointment like Animax for this. This bad of a breakout should NEVER be treated at home or the way you are doing it. He is already in discomfort from it and that horrid way u did this made it worse. This poor baby can’t clean his own face the way it needs done. He can’t apply ointment when it hurts. That was your responsibility as his owner and you neglected to do so for a long time. This is animal cruelty. Poor cat. I’ll take him and treat him better than you.

Why did you let your cats acne get so bad? You should have had this taken care of the moment you saw just a little bit. Maybe you need a lesson in good animal care cause clearly you have not been taking care of this cat. This cat should be re -homed away from you before it ends of dead.
