Garbage on the streets and especially Graffities makes this city look ugly. I had visited it in 2019, kinda looks the same regarding graffiti if not even worse. I dont understand why dont they just make some more drastic laws against people that ruin the exterior of such beautiful buildings especially in the more touristic side of the city
