this was always my favorite track by Depeche Mode which during the eighties and early nineties we're still relevant and really tried to push dance music to new places and this song was just almost a filler song on The great album music for the masses which in my opinion is there their best. the Deftones rock it in the whole new way both sonically and with our own sound. I literally sat here in chills hearing those desperate words put to this Cosmic howl make me appreciate the Deftones even more. this is not their first cover and everyone they've done have been daring and harken back 2 songs from the eighties and gave them New Life and Desperation. the Deftones are the shit.

I'm a massive Depeche Mode fan. Didn't like speak and spell, but love everything since. I like Deftones cover. Turned a lot of kids that never would have known of DM on to them.
