Buck and Doe were only brought to the Sanctuary at the end of the movie, after the UN took possession of the Sanctuary. in the movie itself it is said that there was only Rexy and Giganotosaurus

Rexy, Buck, Doe and other TRexs were cloned together in 1988 on Isla Sorna. In 1990, Rexy was taken to Isla Nublar, and never saw her sisters again.

He is the individual that hunter Roland Tembo seeks to hunt during his trip to Isla Sorna while accompanying the InGen Harvest team. so that being said ur info was false. The Tyrannosaur Doe is a female Tyrannosaurus rex that appears in The Lost World: Jurassic Park. She is the mate of the Tyrannosaur Buck and mother of Junior.

When I say that Buck & Doe are siblings, I do not mean that they are BIOLOGICALLY related; rather, since they were part of the first batch of cloned Tyrannosaurus, they were surrogate siblings to each other and to Rexy. They were raised together, grew up together et cetera. Also, how do you know that Buck was always male? Are you not aware of the canonical lore that all the dinosaurs were cloned to be female? Of course Buck is a male, but he would not have started out that way.
