You said, you don't know what is happening in here. Before that you said the Rut would kick off in a couple of weeks. The date on the video is Nov. 23rd. - I hunt North GA. & the 2nd. Rut starts the 3rd week of Nov. You were hunting the Rut. 1st. Rut 3 rd., week of Oct. 2nd. Rut 3rd. week of Nov. 3rd Rut 3rd. week of Dec. The 3rd Rut will linger on into Feb.

Yeah the peak breeding is around the second week of December. That’s the first rut out there. These deer rut more like Alabama deer do. The buck chasing was just one of the first does in heat apparently. Obviously it was rut activity I meant I didn’t know what’s happening as far as the other buck running away from where the other buck and doe were.

Yes I just started saddle hunting last season. I like it a lot as far as being mobile. One downside is that it’s easy to move your whole body when looking side to side since you’re hanging instead of sitting. But I got used to it.

@@WalkerScarbrough I have seen a few videos where I noticed more body movement when they moved their head. What climbing system do you use?

I have the muddy pro sticks. They’re a little bit older but they don’t have buckles. The new setups with the thin string, I think it’s called daisy chain, is the way to go. It’s super light
