I saw these at my local Walmart. The package says the blades are 3CR13 steel. They're not going to hold an edge for very long, but they don't seem bad for casual use knives.

I am looking for a buck canoe blade in 420hc. I don’t think they make anymore in that except 420J2

If the blades do not say USA, then they are made in China. The clip blade on the toothpick is called California clip.
