If you were a teenybopper on the verge of becoming an adult someday soon and you loved sci-fi and you heard a beautifully melodic song singing about “…who am I, what will I be?” then you were never going to forget that song😁 It’s the perfect song for very young, thoughtful kids dreaming of the future. It’s beautiful in that way.

Best disco music ever in the sci-fi movies! Even the song scene in the Jabba-the-Hutt's Palace can't hold a candle to this one.

I love how Dr. Theopolis just slips right into the roll of party drug-dealer. "It's a powerful relaxant. You mustn't take more than one at a time." Anyone familiar with edibles will have had that conversation at one time or another.

That's sho nuff the funniest part of it, lol. raving still works in the 25th century...and Kraftwerk are STILL doing life gigs (reduced to one guy) as well...lol.

Buck clicks his fingers five times, and the DJ instantly becomes 'hip,cool and groovy'! Ned Flanders doesn't look impressed at 3:29!

Buck Rogers is SO awesome that just by snapping his fingers and saying “loosen up!” he caused a 70s funk/disco track to burst in to existence! (Just between you and me this is clear evidence that Buck is very obviously a God)

I remember watching this series religiously as a boy, dazzled by the marvel and in awe of the incredible potential of the future. Now that I look back I'm appalled by the apparel of women in uniform and puzzled by the juxtaposition at the ball. What has remained the same is my appreciation of the leg hugging pants that the men were wearing.

@BrentSpar19756 ай бұрын
No this was on purpose. When 1st uploaded YT didn't like the unedited original. So I made it into a mini-episode. I like the snap-effect tho. Simply with Windows Moviemaker I did it with the groupdance also, but that one isn't squeeky clean. you might noticed it.
