A line of buckets, some with food and some without, were put out for Inukshuk and Ganuk on two different mornings. Doing this encourages their problem solving skills and stimulates their curiosity and is called 'enrichment'.
🐻❄️ Inukshuk took about 12 minutes to get through the buckets. His technique was to knock the bucket on its side, push on it and peel off the lid. If he didn't hear anything in the bucket, he wouldn't open it, and just move onto the next!
🐻❄️ Ganuk (2:19) opened each and every bucket, but had a more gentle technique of opening them. He reached into some of the buckets to pull out the food, and overall took a little over 20 minutes to open them all.
🐾 Henry wasn't given a row of buckets but I'd be willing to bet that he'd be as fast as Inukshuk but less delicate about it than them both! Maybe he will get his turn, and we can see what his approach to them is.
