Might try this! I am a teacher and my team are going to dress up and do a HP theme on the hall, but I am just not sure I have this level of skill 😆

@@zachm7595 give it a go! Can get similar results with silver spray paint and black acrylic paint for sure. The powders help for the rust effect, but can also be done with brown and orange paint

Hi I bought this mask too from Allie, I was wondering could I just spray paint the mask first or will the paint not stick? Cheers.

Should be ok, give it a good wash with soap and water first to remove anything left over from casting, then a light sand with like a 400 grit sandpaper or 000 steel wool (rinsing again after). I would also use a spray primer meant for plastics (I always buy primers from car stores, e.g. Halfords in the UK). Should be all good after that!
