OK, so based on who we have played recently in the playoffs, what would you expect the defensive game plan to be most similar to? Tenn? Oregon or Texas? My guess would be Tenn with a strong run game, limited but running QB and no real major WR threats.

Play coverage and spy Leonard. I don’t think blitzing him a to. Is good because he can run. Make ND have to drive down the field without running much.

Downs gets a lot of the hype but we are going to miss Hancock. I love these videos..though I don't always understand all the lingo (I'm getting there!)

Same. I have no idea what “the tripps” are. Or the “boundary “. Among other lingo.
@mileshall317712 күн бұрын
@@michtarragon4665trips is when 3 receivers line up to the left or right of the offense. Boundary refers to the area of the field that is closest to the white out of bounds. “Field” refers to the opposite side of the boundary. the side of the field that has more ground. The safeties change which side of the field they line up in whenever the ball is placed. Ransom is almost always the boundary safety and downs the field safety. But Hancock has been playing the field safety a lot more, with downs playing nickel and hybrid safety/middle linebacker.

19:47 "after it gets stopped for a huge gain" or "after it gets stuffed for huge gain" lol. Both are the same but also very wrong and contradicting, lol. How do you get STOPPED for a huge GAIN? Come on, Tom.

Loss for the offense is a gain for the defense is my guess lol
