Can you tell me what the two, looks like mount holes, are for about the radio controls on the left....what can be mounted there?

I can't understand why they would paint a jet ski BLACK it's not visible in dark waters and black or dark colors show scratches. I really think the white and light collars are way better and more visible on the Ocean. And how about doing something like sea doo with the entire front hatch that opens up so you won't have to stretch to get things.
