The card is so cute, fun fold and love the cow! I don’t have a favorite, I like all types of fun fold cards!

Thanks so much! I’m pretty partial to the cow! 😂

Excellent video, easy to follow. Adorable cow. I like cats but it seems that the card makers I follow seem to like cats, bunnies and Teddy bears. The cow, as I said, is adorable.🅰️➕️➕️➕️

I have a very old slot punch from Stampin Up and I usually use that for these buckle openings. Cute card!
@villagecardandcrafts Жыл бұрын
Yes! That’s the punch I was referring to. I believe it’s long gone though. Thank you for watching and commenting!

You could cut the buckle slit with an exacto knife.
@villagecardandcrafts Жыл бұрын
Yes! Excellent observation:). Thank you!
@kkrolf2782 Жыл бұрын
TIP: To make a slot, I have used a standard hole punch and a little “box knife” (they’re sold in 3 pks at $🌳). Just punch a hole at the beginning and the end of the length of the slot needed, and, using a straight edge, cheap ruler, or a ruler with a metal edge, cut the two slits that will open up the larger slot.

I don’t have a favorite fold because I have not made any! This one is very fun, and with your terrific instruction sheet at hand, I think I can actually master this!! Thank you for adding the pdf, it’s a very helpful reference!! PS… love the little cow too!😀🧑🏼🎨

I hope you do give it a try! I love fun folds! I’m glad the PDFs are helpful. Yes, the cow is adorable! Next one I purchase might have to be the giraffe or the moose 😂

Very cute card! I was wondering… what is the size of the completed card? I’m looking through my stash now to see what I have to make the buckle. Wish me luck!
@villagecardandcrafts Жыл бұрын
I’m sorry I didn’t mention the finished size! It’s a regular A2. I hope you found something, but another subscriber said she uses a regular single hole punch for both ends of the buckle. The she uses a craft knife and ruler to connect the two ends. Genius and easy!

Wendy, Is y.t. responsible for pasting the announcement over the last minutes of your video? I’m delighted to know I’ve got more of your videos to discover, but I would have preferred to have gotten to the end of this video first. Just saying …. 🫶
@villagecardandcrafts Жыл бұрын
May I ask what announcement you are referring to? Another ad?
@kkrolf2782 Жыл бұрын
@@villagecardandcrafts Yes, an ad, but for your other videos. I’d have to re-view your Buckle Fun Fold video to let you know when it came onto screen and how long it lasted, but, it’s toward the end of the video as you were showing the SECOND VERSION … a little rectangle, advertising your other 11 videos came onto the screen covering the “show-n-tell” you were giving about the second card. It’s no g r e a t deal, but, since you DID go through the effort of making that second card, I’d really have liked to have f u l l y seen it. I think some other y.t. presenters also add some kind of content, an additional “lead-out” after they’ve finished their important content, to allow for these kinds of extra “over dubs?” that don’t then over-write their programming. 🥰
