Having walked past many of the sites today on the Heritage Trail, this film makes much more sense. I think it is excellent.

I lived in Lane End, actually Brunswick Road, as seen in the picture above the right turn into Church Road. I worked for a while at Hancocks and at the Castle Brickworks

I love local history, Buckley not to far from me about 8-9 mile away in Wrexham, I have got Buckley blue bricks in my garden wall mixed in with another local bricks ,Dennis of Ruabon other wise know as Ruabon Red bricks. Great video

I once found a small clay bread oven hidden inside an old inglenook fireplace i was renovating, it had written on it, A Beresford Buckley 1761,

Thats brilliant .. I am descended from the Catherall family who founded the brick industry in Buckley so this is brilliant.
