That's because shooting yourself is the correct move only in edge cases. Most of the time you should shoot the dealer as much as possible.

@@iljiFPS Dunno how you missed the "hoping the current shell is a blank" part, but in some cases its good to shoot the dealer even if the current round is a blank. If there's two live rounds and a blank round, and the current shell is a blank, shooting the blank at the dealer is your best move, since the dealer might shoot himself with the second-to-last live round (as long as he doesn't have the relevant items to make this play a bad one). If he shoots himself you get to shoot him again to deal two damage without taking any yourself. Emptying the blank and shooting the dealer seems obvious, but the dealer's just gonna shoot you back with the last live round, and if he has cigs he'll also heal the damage you just did before shooting you. Its a good idea if you have a handsaw though.

The AI could use a tweak, but the game is pretty darn good otherwise. I love the aesthetics these indie devs come up with. Reminds me of a lot of fantastic games. Late edit: I feel like I should at least give credit where it's due, that being the AI still managing to make some intense situations. Which is cool and carries the game.

If you’re gonna gamble you need to learn when to fold. There’s a line where gambling goes from fun to not so much fun, and it felt like we passed it. The start of the stream was a blast, but it really took a turn in the mood at one point. I guess you wouldn’t be you without that characteristic stubbornness of yours, this isn’t the first time you laser-focus into a game, but playing with no water and who knows how much food didn’t help a bit. You’re quite bad at hiding fatigue, and speaking for myself, the stream suffers when you try to pass it out as if it were nothing. It shows and it worries us. Please take care, get that stockpile of water ready and keep an eye on the sleep.

I swear we’re gonna see clips of this stream on gambling addiction intervention commercials soon, this was practically exhibit A In all realness tho, I was on the edge of my seat watching this whole time. It’s just the adrenaline of (often) never knowing what’s next that keeps you on your toes, but for the most part, I’m glad the odds were in the warden’s favor.
