Buckskin Frank Leslie

Tombstone Arizona in the 1880's. You know some of the names, but do you know about Buckskin Frank Leslie? From Tombstone to the Yuma Territorial Prison, his is quite a story. But he disappeared after 1920, what ever happened to him?

Nice video. While I've heard a little bit about Frank Leslie, this fills in a lot of information I didn't have. Have you thought about a video about Wyatt Earp's time in San Diego? He was involved with several buisnesses and owned property for awhile before moving on.

Yes, Wyatt Earp in San Diego is on my list - also his time out in the Mojave in Vidal, CA. Still researching. Thanks for checking this video out!

@@discoverthis Have you come across a book titled Wyatt Earp in San Diego: Life After Tombstone? Not only does it cover Wyatt's time in San Diego, but his activities after he left San Diego including the Mojave Desert. Also, the Gaslamp Historical Musuem use to have an exhibit about Wyatt's time here as well. I'm looking forward to the video when it comes out. Good luck!

The Oriental was not owned by Earp. Wyatt only ran the gambling concession at the Oriental.

Story is semi true. You got the wrong person who was the witness. It was a local deputy named Billy Breckenridge who saw and spoke to Ringo and later saw Leslie riding the same way Ringo had headed

When I did my research I found the story I reported in two different places so I went with it. However, you could be 100% correct, obviously things weren't documented well back in the day. Thank you for bringing this to my attention, guess I have more research to do.
