Bucs organization knows he is a damn good coach in coen and they took a chance on him and offered to give him the most money in a oc ever and they way he handled it in the most unprofessional way possible to not give them the courtesy of letting them know was bs period

I think the hosts are slow or on drugs for not getting a very apparent fact. Telling him his contract is contingent on him not interviewing for a head coaching job is strong-arming. All coaches have the right to lateral move so this is the strong arm you were looking for educated hosts.

Bucs..."ok we'll give you $4.5m/yr...highest paid OC in league ever"...Jags : "We'll give you $12m/yr or MORE...PLUS 5 or 6yrs contract...PLUS help pick GM".... Coen : "Hey Bucs...thanks ...Hold My Beer" and I don't blame him 1 bit.

Well should he have stayed at Kentucky for 5 years? or Tampa?...looks to me like he played it right and landed on his feet! I am a Jags fan who wanted Spags from KC...actually do not think Coen is ready for HC job just yet...but I don't blame Coen 1 bit ...and you guys sound butt hurt....there is NO guarantee he will be a great HC for Jags...and no guarantee Bucs Offense would have been successful next year either if he stayed...he could have been next year's Bobby Slowik.

No fan begrudges him taking a HC job, it’s the fact that he ghosted the team after agreeing to sign. It’s really that simple. He comes of looking like a weasel trying to play it both ways. I wish him success.
