Excellent. Listening to this somehow reminded me that I used to have a mixtape with Tony Rice's version of "Little Sadie" on it. I had to stop playback and quickly write down what I could remember because I could only hear a few sounds and lyrics in my head: "44 pistol under my head" Took me a while to figure out who the artist was, glad it was Tony.

Nice band nice song. Too bad those cheapskates at WAMU won't spring for another mike or two so the balance is better. The banjo and mandolin are always on in front and the guitar might as well to be in the next room. Not the fault of the musicians. Just the nature of the instruments. Happens all the time at WAMU. In this day and age one mike is not enough to properly record a bluegrass band.

Dr. Harmonica Na, Silngle Mic FTW. I actually love the sound of single mic setups. Plus, it is part of the bluegrass sound - to me at least.
