I found this music more than one and half year ago. I was feeling very bad and surrended by bad people. For me the world was hawful. I couldn't stand it anymore. Alone, feeling lonely always, no help from no one. Lots of problems, and this for more than 15 years. Bipolar and emphate, it was very difficult for me to handle with things that arrived to me. Lots of old and very deep traumas. From very little kid till last year.... I see a psychiatrist for more than 15 years and a therapist. But not enough because living on an island.......ok.... I am happy to say that with all the job I did by myself for almost 2 years now....I finally feel good. I found back confidence, everyday I feel happy and happy to say I am. I also found back faith in God and pray everyday. Sometimes I have the feeling I may feel him, near to me. I also may feel the nature and all what is around. 8 am able to walk naked feet. Touching the ground feels so good. So many good and nice things are happening to me now. I am not a prisoner anymore. Prisoner of sadness, of loneliness. I feel like I am a part of the entire world and people. The most little thing belongs to me. Doesn't matter how little or big it is. I am just me. And I am happy to say don't I found myself back. I forgot who I was. Now, I am not lost anymore. When something happens, it is ok. Before I would have had crisis's. Now I am able to manage even if it is hard. 8 just think about it and I is ok. I pray to find a way to get the solution, the way. The way to always feel good. Never forget where you come from, otherwise, you are lost and turn around and around without no end. I found the end and for me, it is a new beginning. I would love that everyone feels as same as I feel. So good, light, free and happy, even if alone. I am not, I am me. Just me, as i always wanted. At this time, I learn a lots of things. Things I forgot, came back, and new things. I take them , there are treasures for me, so little or big they are, doesn't matter. Take care of yourselves 💖🙏

sylvie DOURLET Inspiring! I had a very similar experience. I think things will keep getting even better the longer you maintain your healthy lifestyle. Meditation and mindfulness especially greatly improved my lifelong severe anxiety. I’m usually happy now.

I may say that things changed with what is happening for more than years now, even if years ago !i was feeling very good and had lost all these bad !i had in me. But since beginning of last year, I began to feel bad again. Not for the same reasons. It took me a long time to get over, but it happens to many bad things at this time and I feel sad and abandonned very often again. I would have love that all will be ok for long. I long for peace of mind and serenity. I hope that for you all is ok. TAke care of yourself 🙏🙏

I immediately started to feel a still energy. I meditated and began to shed tears from memories of my 4 years at college. All the people ive met. And all of my good times and my regrets of choices i was then fearful to make. The whole time i was happy and then my mind wandered at the thought of my next journey. Domo station Tonight, when i meditated, I found tears welling up in my eyes. My tears fell because of the beauty that I experienced in the realization and acceptance of the way things are; impermanent. I never knew impermanence could be so sad and yet so beautiful at the same time. I witnessed my tears. I felt my pain. I smiled and accepted that things are, have always been and will always be. Appreciate the moment and the time you have. Appreciate others as well. This life is nearly as short as this moment. 🙏

Just can't get enough of this ethereal composition! I have always been fascinated by Zen Music and to be honest, this is truly one of the most tranquil and comforting pieces I have ever come across! This is the best Buddha music I have ever heard hands down. And I say this being an Indian with lots of access to Buddhism related stuff. The guy who made this must be so engrossed in spirituality. No other way can he make something so soulfully blissful. Touches my soul and makes me feel the essence of detachment. It's my go-to music. Has cured me of many panic attacks from anxiety and worries. It's beautiful. May Buddha bless the composer!
