What's the RP behind Buddha working with the PD.. I'm new to this story..

Basically, he started working closely with the PD during his mayoral term, and realized he could use them to his advantage during the RUST vs Cerberus war. After that he just kept giving the PD information in exchange for their cooperation and trust. With that said, a large portion of the PD do not trust Lang at all, and there are only a selected few that Lang actually works with (was mainly Baas, but since he permad, its now Brian instead). So basically, instead of going the gangbanger route of "never talk to the cops", he went the mafia boss route and used them to his advantage. With that said, he has lost some faith in the PD recently due to the GG/Mandem situation, and has started taking matters into his own hands again.
