For an improved life experience, focus on one or more of the following: 1) there are subtitles in the video to help you understand the hard-to-understand Asian 2) the Asian goes away after a couple of minutes, and then a mother-tongue English speaker called Rick Hanson gives a very interesting talk on neuroplasticity 3) you can watch this and many other videos on a nice big website called KZbin 4) free.
