Before arriving to Nepal I had no idea of the existence of Lumbini and I knew even less that it's the birthplace of Buddha. After receiving soooo many comments asking to go to Lumbini it really sparked my interest so I decided to go for it. After Pokhara I took a very bumpy bus to Lumbini, to discover the place where Buddha was born. And as so many signs say Buddha was indeed born in Nepal!
Join me in this episode where I meet some street kids and their parents and share some sugar cane juice with them. Afterwards I did a huuuge temple run. I visited pretty much all the temples that were open that day.
After that I had some delicious Indian food with Jack, my new friend from Mumbai that has 2 (or 3) wives.
Enjoy watching!

I hope our Government make some strict arrangements so that Nepali authorities handle such beautiful places of our country. It's our cultural heritage and it's our responsibility to oversee that others don't create misconceptions or create bad image for the tourists. Please come to Nepal and visit Lumbini - The birth place of Lord Buddha and Tilaurakot where there is the original palace of Lord Buddha who at the age of 29 left his wife Yashodhara and his son Rahul and also left the palace in search of hidden truth of Life. Nepal possess several other religious sites that are related to Pre-Buddha ages. You must be surprised that Lord Buddha is not the only one who was borne in Nepal instead Kanamuni Buddha who was borne before Lord Buddha was also borne here. Also Nepal has uncountable natural beauty all over the Nepal. You will feel amazed......

Hello sir, Nepal is divided into three regions, Himal(Hilly), Pahad (mountains) and Terai(Plains). Terai is a flat land that is connected to the border of India and the people here are different from the other two regions , they look like Indians but they are Nepalese called madhesis. They have their own culture and traditions.Terai is called the grain store of Nepal. Namaste 🙏 Thank you so much for visiting Lumbini,Nepal ❤️😊

What about Tharu ethinic people?🤷‍♂🙄. People from upper regions sure know too little about terai region. Madhesi and Tharu are completely two different races, Tharu's are more similar to mongolian than indian due to their mongolian features. So please dont confuse Tharu's with Madhesi's . But at the end we are all Nepali. Thankyou🙏🇳🇵.

But as far as we know people from tarai you mentioned madheshi never beg, and causing trouble to guests. Those all beggars are imported, nowadays we can see lots in KTM as well.

51:05 That art tell us the story of Lord Buddha Shaykyamuni when he was prince Sattva and he was practicing Buddhism and compassion. When Lord Shakyamuni was roaming around the jungle with his mates, they discovered starving tiger family in the jungle but his mates were scared and ran away while Lord Shakyamuni felt compassion towards the tigers and offered his own flesh to them.
