The 3 poisons - Hatred We do a lot of destruction with hatred, while thinking we're doing something good. Plus the reaction on our actions of hatred are also very terrible. It causes pain and a lot of suffering - Greed & Craving It comes a something very nice. But it is actually a pain. You feel not good enough, not satisfied. You can be joyful or happy. If you act out from this greed, you create suffering for others. It will bring hatred and problems. vs. Satisfaction comes only learning how to bring joy and satisfaction in ourselves. - Automatic (emotional) Reacting vs. let it dissolve. It doesn't last, though it looks like. Don't fuel it with emotions, and it wil not last very long All these poisons cause suffering and problems in the world. Focus our mind on something opposite ; something positive. Create loving kindness and understanding Understand that emotions arise and resolve from our mind. It is not a fixed truth, not something coming to us. It's just a wave coming from our mind. We don't need to hold on, or have to get rid of. It's just a manifestation of our own mind. If we know how to do that, we can free ourselves of being overwhelmed by it. We can be master of out own self. We can become free. The most strongest sense of joy.

How do we deal with ‘just’ anger towards people who are poisoning the world like Putin and Trump. People who are acting out of greed, and hatred?
