I love Buddhism and meditation

I've being diagnosed with schizophrenia. But this is worldly. Through méditation, I see my self without a ego-body representation. Because I am not from this world. And even the world is real. I know that several kinds of meditation can induce altered state of consciousness - reality. No matter the anchor but the less sound we make, less freedom is happyness. Because realities are mind. Detach from ego and do the breath of always feel amazed by the minimal beautiful things of life, care and take care of love and light. Humanity is our home family.

A wise man once said: “If you know how to worry, you already know how to meditate.” Meditation is simply shifting your mental attention to something else, e.g. the breath, the body, sounds around you, watching thoughts arise and pass away, etc. Happy meditating! ❤

The Monks are chanting the precepts of the Buddha teachings. Giving the 5 precepts to the lay people, to those who practice the 8 precepts, to the Buddhist Monks-10 precepts and etc. The chants are in Pali and Sanskrit, very hard to translate directly. All the chanting is soothing to listen to and to gain good merits.

@@markkhenok8526 The chant is in Sanskrit. It is about offering, blessing, prayers...etc. " May you have every good blessing. May all the Devas protect you through the power of all the Buddhas. May you ever be well. May all the Devas protect you through the power of all the Dhamma. May you have every good blessing....etc." repeat. In this particular video, it is probably an event to remembrance " the Buddha's Day" where all the Monks gathered to pay respect to the Lord Buddhas by lighting candles, chanting, and so on.

I feel that KZbin do not respect viewers especially those who are spending time to find peace and meditation by inserting Advertisement in religious chanting like this video and many others. I feel KZbin should review their advertisement policies esp on those videos on meditation music and those religious chanting. It is really frustration to hear Advertisement while you are listening or meditating. Of course KZbin have every right to do so but we are appealing to KZbin to review their Advertisements policies in such videos. May I suggest that Advertisement should played at the beginning or at the end but not in the middle while the chanting is in progress. Thank you !
@jiniaroon86402 күн бұрын
Sir. There are many in the world who enjoy spiritual content. You can pay KZbin a monthly fee, for ad-free TV. It's your choice!
@jimmyyeo123Күн бұрын
@@jiniaroon8640 Yes I do enjoy spiritual contents like meditation and mantra chanting but my complaint is that your normal viewers have no choice of uninterrupted videos unless we pay for ad-free contents. By all means KZbin have the rights but perhaps have some compassion for those who do not have the money to pay for the ad-free subscription so I appeal to KZbin to consider having no ads in meditation or religious chanting whereby it is part of a spiritual therapy for your viewers who needed such videos for their mental and spiritual well being.
