Nice looking final product. The melt looked real good. I didn't see anyone degassing but I assume it's part of the process.

Supercharger housings, intake manifolds, engine block & Cylinder Heads, require some of the most complex coring of any castings produced in medium to high volume quantities. Carefully cleaning & Assembling all those cores is like putting together same jigsaw puzzle 100x a day. Requires crazy patients , hence the amount of ladies in that dept. Cylinder heads particularly w/their water jacket cores , are a bitch of the highest order. My family is also in the aluminum foundry industry, im 3rd generations foundrymen. I know a little about buddy bar & they have carved out a great niche in the casting business by mostly specializing in highly cored medium -high volume castings.
