Well that’s because it’s spaced between i think 2 measures? And in this song the instrumental seems to repeat each two measure phrase twice, so at least the second half of each 4 measure line will always be accurate. The only parts that don’t really fit are the jarring transitional first measures of the instrumental, so the majority of it sounds fine. I should not have spent this long on a weezer shitpost
