Bude , Cornwall. Hidden caves and Rock Carving. Canal Bridge Challenge!

The boys and I are often in Bude. Only an hour from our home.
There are loads of things to do in Bude.
First we went to the caves and explored the beach. Then quickly went back to the canal to hire a row boat. The weather was so nice we decided to jump in the canal. The boys both do flips in the water, not something I think I want to do.

We saw them do like 8 bridges in a day. We just did the one little one. Great fun.

@Snupple takes after his dad. I keep them busy with alot of exercise. It becomes a lifestyle after a while then I know they will always keep them selves fit. Healthy lifestyle is key
