Sir , I have a doubt. Suppose if my income from all sources is about 5 lakh but I have capital gains of 1.5 lakh from mutual funds. Then while filing ITR 2 ubder new tax regime do I have pay capital gains tax even though my overall income is below 7 lakhs ? Pls clarify

@@anirudhsasank depends on the CG gain. Use the IT calculator in the efiling portal and find out.
