यह बहोत ही बढीया किया. क्योंकि एक ही आदमी दस दस फ्लॅट खरीद रहा है और जीने जरुरत है वह रेट बढने के कारण खरीद नहीं सकते है.

इंडेक्सन का लाभ मिलना चाहिए इसे हटाना ठीक नहीं है। दस बीस साल पहले जो प्रोपर्टी खरीदी गई थी, उस समय रुपये की कीमत थी। उस खरीद पर मुद्रास्फीति का लाभ जमीन खरीदने वाले को मिलना चाहिए। परिवर्तन गलत है।

Worthless budget. This finance minister must be removed should be a common demand. Modiji's IQ is low. He still is failing to understand that not just Muslims but a sizable middle class hindus are angry for their anti middle class attitude which is the main reason for his partial downfall. If he doesn't amend himself,full downfall is inevitable despite his hindutva slogans. Hard-core hindus are not happy about him is now crystal clear. It is his time to retire and replace the batton by some other new BJP leader preferably up CM Jogi who is BSC gold medalist and unlike Modiji,he is highly talented in his academic career.
