Cheers for the first part of your comment. But what do you mean by the next sentence ? Is there repellency or antipathy in it? Biharis are there because they have work . They make their contribution in different sectors that provide opportunities for them . They can be Engineers, Doctors, Actors/Artist, Writers, Govt officials , Teachers, Students, mechanic, shop owners, rickshaw pullers . And it is true for everyone.

Isnt it already included in normal income which is now exempt upto12L. If you are getting a interest of 12L per year @6% your deposit come around 2Cr. Is it middle class ? Also in old regime 80TTA and TTB are existing for benefit of interest No TDS is levied on FD interest.
